Talk to the neighbor, without a gun....unless you're just an asshole. Then if they don't do anything about it...slash their tires and call the cops about the dog

I would never do first 4 anyways, was just f'ing around. I will however consider buying that device that Bluchez listed.

By the way, in Bartlesville you can get a ticket if your dog is barking and the PD gets complaints.

warenb, had something similar to that horn thing, except it is handheld. from what ive seen while ive been over there, it seems to work.

It's not the dog's fault. It's the owner. Usually, the dogs that won't shut up are on a chain.

If the owner even attempts to shut the dog up, I can tolerate it. It's the jackasses that leave the dogs tied up and barking, and just ignore them that piss me off.


BTW Jester, BB guns are also a reasonable choice. If you accidentally put out the dog's eye tho, I hope you get your ass beat...

PD said device would probably not work. They said to call them whenever its barking which is at night time. To show how bad it is, I can hear the dog over my speakers being turned up while playing a game or listening to music. Anyway, they said to give them a call and have a complaint form filled out. Man doing stuff like that would only cause problems. That doggy-shutter-upper looks like the best thing to go with but its all a matter of whether or not it would be effective and not a waste of money.

I agree, talk to the owner first(nicely). Try not to call the cops then you'll cause conflicts with the neighbor. If my neighbor called the cops on me with out talking to me first I would want to slice his tires.

Talk to your neighbors, tell them you don't want it to be a big deal. See if they'll half it with you.
