Yah, like the dude said in a comment on that vid... this is a flight simulator first and foremost. There's not really very much "game" to it. If you want to learn to fly one and not die, this would be a very good first baby-step.

I think its very cool. Believe it or not, one of the very first computer games I ever owned I purchased from "Toys-R-Us" for my Commodore 64 called "Flight Simulator" and I thought it was hella awesome.
