I've been playing this the last few days, thought I'd share. Keep in mind, the game is in ALPHA right now. Oddly, the open alpha is for the Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/) app version. And can be obtained here by joining the Google group here:

Applying for the stand alone alpha is done through a thread on their forums. And their forums support Google account log-ins.

As for gameplay, best comparison I can give is a cross between Command and Conquer and Supcom. It's good, simple RTS fun where you only control your commanding unit, or AirMech as they refer to it. The following video is the tutorial they have up on youtube:

From the vids I've seen, The standalone looks, works, and is exactly like the Chrome app version. There is multiplayer support currently, and the stand-alone has LAN support. The Chrome app may as well, I've had anyone to try to set it up with.

But again, I stress it is in ALPHA. It does crash. It does desync in multiplayer... But at this point it looks like they're down to debugging before moving to beta or even release. And even with the problems, this game's footprint is small. When it crashes it's not that big a deal.

This game has come a long way. Stable Beta is up on Steam now. Unstable beta... well, PM if your interested in getting in on the version that they are changing day to day.

Drix got me a copy of this, and I am liking it. VERY fun, and the ability to shuttle stuff around and fight while flying/in mech mode makes it that much funner.

If any of you like Supcom/DOTA/SC etc etc, you WILL like this. Its very playable for a beta! Thanks Drix! I am enjoying this!

Also, it plays well on crappy laptops! Playing it on my work laptop and runs pretty darn good.
