October 15, 2011 is the next LAN - SIgn-Up

Sign-up is open for the October 15 LAN. Looks like we will be playing a fair amount of Brink judging from the last LAN and since BF3 won't be out until later that month.

We had a good LAN in September but only 8 players showed up. We need more!!!! So head on over to the sign-up link and get to it.

Have you guys tried Dirt 3 Infested mode yet?!?! Vapor and I had a blast playing this at the Intel LAN Fest over the weekend. That game mode alone should be enough to get him to show up.

Ok... I'll bite. No I haven't played it and I probably wouldn't buy Dirt 3 just to play it. It does sound kinda like FlatOut 2's stunt mode.

It's basically tag where you get tagged twice and you're fucked. One car, the infested, chases all the others trying to pass off the infection. It's a stupid amount of fun and there are quite a few other multiplayer modes that we had fun with.

Yes.... My two games for this fall are Rage and BF3....

Must get new vid card soon......

I'm still kind of on the fence about Rage, I think I'll be waiting until I've seen it in action before I get it. D3 and Q4 were too craptastic for me to jump on another id game sight unseen.

ive never been to one but i plan on trying to attend one soon, i typically work on saturdays but ill try and get off. My one question is i really only play starcraft 2 and some LoL. Anyone play SC2 regularly?

Some people play SC2 and LoL.

As for RAGE, several reviewers are ripping it to shreds.

Sounds like D3/Q4 all over again, a tech demo for their new engine.
