Yeah, I will have to agree with nimda. I just now looked at the inside of the Jetta, and I'm a bit dissapointed. Anyone have any other car suggestions in the same class as the jetta/accord?

Whats wrong with a PT Cruiser? I like mine now that it hasn't given me more problems in an acceptable period of time. Knock on wood

I would say Accord if it was between the Accord and the Jetta. I t/d the Jetta GLi and I liked it but thats a LOT of money for what you are buying and VW's quality has gotten much worse lately. I have even heard rumor that VW is considering pulling their cars from the US market. Good luck getting factory service if there is no dealer.

Yeah, I'm definately going to get the Mazda. One, it's priced about $2,000 less than the Accord after the talk-down. Two, I love the interior. It reminds me of the old VW passats. Very slim-line and simple. Three, it gets 28/34mpg. Four, you get the nimble-ness Ford Focus feeling. Five, it has an Aux input for my iPod. Six, TCO, is about $5K less than the Accord. Seven, it's getting as good reviews as the Accord.

Maybe someday when the boys get older and I get another car, I'll turn it into a rally car... that would be fun...
