Actually, the next UT is in production. And if you have an Unreal engine subscription you can play the prototype stuff now. It's going to be PC-only, Free to play (DOTA financial model, as in only charging for cosmetics. And cosmetics can be submitted by the community, w/ designers getting a cut from the sales of their items). Not sure how far out it is at this point, but here's their last Q&A. Just now catching up on the info on it myself.
