Can have 2 DOTA 2 accounts on one steam account?

My son saw me playing DOTA 2 tonight and asked if he could play as well. He just uses my steam account while logged into my computer as him. I logged out from windows as me and in as him and went into steam, then DOTA and the first item of the tutorial was already done.

Anyway to let him has his own DOTA account?

Prolly need to make him his own steam account huh...
