Is still in alpha, but is now available on Steam.

I've been in on it a while. It's buggy, and it's only single player... but if you like Sim games...Prisons, or are just a sadistic bastard, you'll find it as awesome as I do.
I couldn't find the same trailer they're using on Steam, but it's absolutely hillarious. SO here's the latest alpha update video which also has some hilarity in it:
