Windows 7 Password Reset/Retrieval?

So my wife has been helping a friend take care of a dying relative who had cancer and was in hospice. He recently passed and lef this brand new laptop to her (my wife).

So she comes home with it, and no one knows the password to it. Ug.

Windows 7 Home Premium on a Toshiba laptop.

No admin account, no password reset disk/usb drive.

I cant repair it as it doesnt have recovery CD.

Options? I imagine some of you guys deal with this one a lot?

You need to reload IMHO. Beg borrow or steal a USB cd drive.

I use this tool right here. A friend of mine gave me a copy a few years ago and it works great on resetting windows passwords.
