I'm about to play it with my refurb Logitech momo steering wheel. First time with a momo! Wheeee! It was missing 4 screws btw. Glad I had some around. I'd have been mad!

I had a blast playing Burnout Paradise with my logitech wheel I bought last year but unfortunately I didn't really have a great surface to mount it on and I ended up selling it Sad

I imagine GRID and Shift would be even better with the wheel!

I sold mine to BuLLsOnParade, maybe he'll chime in.

It was fun in Flatout 2, damn near doubled my derby score once I had an analog throttle on the Flatmobile Wink

I consider Shift to be EA's finest Need For Speed (with Most Wanted right up there with it). My son purchased it for our PS3, and although the momo will work with some PS3 games, it does not work with shift, which is a great disappointment. Hopefully it will be patched to allow its use. However, I am not holding my breath, this is EA we are talking about here.

I tried to get him to buy it for PC but he wanted it on PS3 for some reason. *shrug*

anyone else here release a sting of profanities that would make a sailor blush every time they race on that road course that looks like its in a dusty mid-western back-road setting? I cant remember the name of the course, but its the first endurance event on tier 3. 10 laps of that thing just about made me throw my controller through my tv. The 6th star is master all corners. I mastered all corners but cant for the life of me master that long slow left just after the start line.

Big new patch out. I guess I should say it's a rather small patch, but it fixes ALOT and makes it 12-player multiplayer now!

- Fix for issue where some cars would bounce on their suspension during high load situations

I got my PS3 patch for it a while back. This was one of two bugs that I were hoping they fixed for the PS3, the other was allowing the use of the Momo wheel and pedals. Too bad they didn't do the wheel. *sigh* If the past is a measure of how well EA supports Shift, this will be the last patch ever released for it.
