Possible Change of LAN Location - Watch the Boards & Sig

Sign-up is open for the September 19, 2009 LAN Party, and we are in negotiations for a new and nice location with great internet access, stores and food all around it, and good facilities, alcohol allowed too.

Location is in NW OKC near 122nd and MacArthur.

We should also gain a couple of additional gamers who work there that will be attending.

So sign-up, gets some friends together and let's get a big LAN together!

It comes with Crysis WARHEAD retail. You can ask Leb, I think he got it buying WARHEAD off Steam as well.

Just one more step for approval from the building owner and we can go do a site visit by staff to be sure it's going to work for us. If both of these things pass, we will be moving the LAN ASAP!

Got approval from the building owner, now we need to take the staff for a site visit and planning. We will probably be having the LAN there THIS MONTH! It would be nice to get everyone signed up asap so we can show a good presence the first time there.

The location is Meridian Data Systems at 5940 NW 120th Ct, Oklahoma City, OK 73162. I will post our findings after the site planning visit and confirm that this is going to be our new location. Watch the forums and SIGN-UP!!!
