IT Helpdesk Position – Part Time or Full Time
Duties
• Provide helpdesk/technical support
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and system problems
• Replace defective components when necessary
• Set up new desktops, laptops, tablets, and smart phones
• Communicate with vendors for warranty support
• Assist with the administration of computer networks and servers including hardware, systems software, applications software, databases, and other computing platforms
Requirements
• Must have sound knowledge of Windows systems, including all operating systems and office software.
• 3-5 years experience assembling, troubleshooting, and maintaining hardware for desktop computers and networks.
• Ability to work well in a team environment, problem solve, and manage time efficiently.
• Experience with Windows Server administration is a plus
